I've been on a steady diet of Claritin, Flonase and Sudafed, and I'm still getting my ass kicked by my allergies this year. The best time of the day for me is that nice cool air first thing in the morning.

Go to the Alergist... 1 visit, 30 minutes of tests (laying there not able to scratch while they determined what I was allergic to), 8 years allergy free because of the prescription (beconase AQ)

I'm basically allergic to anything that produces pollen. It was much worse when I was a kid, at least now I'm old enough to know how to "fight" it. I get by, although some days I'm in pretty bad shape and pretty much cant function, my eyes get it the worst.

Man God is allergic to everything with pollen (so is my youngest daughter), and on top of that, any fruits and veggies that are not cooked, he can't eat, with a few exceptions such as oranges, cantaloup, watermelon, grapefruits, and grapes (noticed that most of these have a thick skin). Anything else, he can't eat (apples, carrots, celery, peaches, etc.). We found out that when I pick apples and strawberries ourselves on a farm, he can eat as much as he want, with no reaction at all. If it comes from the grocery, forget about it. So we are assuming he is allergic to the all the crap they put on the produces to keep the color and freshness. I am trying to get him to try organic food, but he won't touch it, he is too afraid that he will get sick.
