I have to ride my bike to work this week because the F150 company truck is in the shop.....again Chevy is the longest lasting truck on the road for the last 20 years

Truck upgrades


Nice new front lights. Those must be bright. The DVD player was awesome for the ride to the Gap. Definitly a nicity to have. Lets order those rims and tires already. Thats all you need.

pull out the weak ifs and install dana 60's front and rear. for gears run 4.88's with atleast 35 inch swampers. super charger, six inch lift atleast. rock bumpers, winch on board air compresser and a welder. maybe a snorkel too. cake it with mud and dents. then your talking

just kidding mike looks good even for a ford

not really. i ran 33's on a 03 silverado i had. very similar mph to the stock tires. all depends on how you drive it. that truck has plenty of power for 33's. now if i ran 33's on my jeep that would kill mpg due to lack of power unless i re-geared.

That looks sweeeeeet!!!

I would go with the 33's and a BDS lift kit. I have a BDS kit in my jeep and it rides better than stock. It also has a lifetime warranty.

When I bought my 05 Chevy it was 4k less than the best price on the ford and it had more options. I like the fords better but I could not beat that.

really? not even a noticible decrease? i guess it just depends on how much more the wheel/tire combo weighs.

i had a old chevy 68 PU for 17 years


1973 they stoped making good trucks
almost 500k on her when she went to the bone yard
