I'm really torn, I have this Canon 20D which I bought a few months ago thinking it was a really good idea, but now that its summer again, and riding weather, taking pictures has really taken a back seat. I love using it, but really dont take it out anymore, and dont usually bring it with me when riding, cause its too bulky to pack effectively in my tailbag. I could really use the money right now too. With the money from selling it, I could upgrade my rear shock, upgrade my front forks to have full adjustability, buy new pants, as well as back protector, and still have money left over to buy a smaller, newer camera to keep around and carry with me on rides.

I really love the camera and taking pictures, and was all about it when I bought it, but its really gone to the wayside and I really could use the money.

and what kinda coin are you looking for?

I've just got the 28-105 3.5-4.5, and the 50mm 1.8 and a Lowepro MiniTrekker AW, a couple Sandisk Ultra II 1gb cards, and 3 batteries for it. Probably take like $1400 for it all. Oh, and a Slik Able DX tripod.

Yeah no kidding, and thats like a full new suspension, more leather gear, and another camera for me right now. I know I can sell it quick on the photo forums I'm on, I'll probably post it up for sale tomorrow. I'm pretty convinced I'm gonna sell it.

Get a tailbag or tankbag and carry it on rides.

I used to do that a lot. I don't have a good tail/tank bag and haven't been doing it the last year or two but a long ride on the bike can present you with some great places to take pictures.

I'd be surprised if you get $1400 for that lot.

The camera is the only thing valuable and it's depreciated since the 30D came out. If you're not shooting like crazy & very demanding of your gear keep it, it's going to take a good picture years from now.
