It just means they've made it so the car sits VERY low (i.e. Low rider), as you've noticed, from the first pic, the wheels have take new residence in the cargo area... That was probably a poor description, but it's the best I can do on a Thursday afternoon. I need a

I think that being tubbed, means that the tires are so wide, that the inner fenders are removed and fenders that resemble old fashioned wash tubs are put in place to cover them. A narrowed rear axle is usually part of the package. Very common sight at the drags
