1.5 Acre
2500+ sq ft
4 bed rooms
3 baths i think
2 kitchens
2 living rooms
1 dining room
2 car garage
3 car ports
deck goes half way around the house with a screen sectioned.
just outside of the City so county taxes only. i think she said 680 a year
asking price 193k, Sold for 180K. in Concord, NC
