What's the name of the shop with the Barrets? I wouldn't mind taking a spin by to check them out.

No , but I do have an addiction.

I forgot to mention I have 300 rounds of .45 from WWII made by Chrysler Sunbeam in 1943. I got those from an auction I also have 600 israeli .223 armor piercing bullets that I got from another auction. They should be here by next week

Gun and sport north in Lawerence.

But don't do it man, huge $$! And tough to find a place to shoot it too. Effective range on civilian ammo is something like 1.8 miles.

Yikes! 9 G's is a wee bit steep.

I'm actually looking into getting an ArmaLite AR-30 in .338 Lapua.

Nice round, but difficult to buy from what I've seen, probably because it's so un-common. I looked at that and the AR-50, was about to buy the .50 but the guy at the shop never followed through with pricing and availability. I ended up with a ZX-10 instead.

You gonna share the cost? Cause I know you got a deal on all this. Get extra batteries from surefire for the 6p. I've found that the actual surefire last the longest from what I've tried. Wanna buy me a case of .223? I have like 30 rounds left and another 20 of TAP that stays on the dresser

On a side note....I was all concerned about a place to shoot in NH when I move cause everyplace you can shoot is a club with membership fees and all that jazz. I'm not really into that. I'm used to going to private land and being able to do whatever I like there. Set up whatever I want to shoot and senerios and stuff on occasion if I'm withthe right peopleand you really can't do that stuff at a "club". I hate shooting in lanes. Then I realized that my aunt lives about 30 min outside of Concord and she has a very large farm with, guess what, sandpits. I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier but I should have. I just need to ask her abotu shooting there. Her son does so I don't see the problem.

It is hard to find and rather expensive but I reload my own which would make it economically feasible. I don't know why I want such a high power long range rifle when I barely have anywhere I can go with a long enough range to make shooting my 22-250 a challenge. All I can really do is travel to Nashua where they have a 500 yard range but that trip gets old after a while.

Maybe I should get a decent 30-30 lever action and do some cowboy shooting.

When you go shooting there, I know you'll be inviting me, right?

Sure I'll "share the cost" just send me the money.

I have a couple surefire's and only use their batteries. I need to get the high output bulb so I can shorten the battery life significantly.

No.

I only have a little over 5000 rounds of .223 left. I'd better get back to reloading.

What do you think of the sig. compared to the glocks and the Berreta 96d 40cal.? I went shootin with a buddy down in MD and I havent had any experience with glocks yet. I shot the sig p226 and wanted one immediately.

Just came back from the range with the new Glock
I like it! Needs some trigger work, other than that it was set up nice with the tricon night sights and extended slide release by the previous owner.

Hey Nikon. Don't tell me you don't keep at least 2k rounds of .223 around? Ya never know when you might need them.
