So, one of the people that was going to move in with us flaked out. So, we need to find another roommie kinda fast.

The details:

The place is located in Allston, right off of Brighton Ave, close to the intersection of Harvard and Brighton. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby, as well as proximity to the green (B) line, and a few buses.

The room that's available is a medium size. Rent is $495/month + utils.

We have internet, cable, a dish washer, two full bathrooms, brand new fridge, and a cat.

There would be a total of 5 people living in the appt. Two of them are couple (24 and 25 YO) who live in the basement room. Then there's myself and another guy.

We have one parking space in the driveway, but it's already taken by a car. You can put a bike behind it (which I sometimes do) and block it in with the car if you're paranoid about your bike getting stolen, though, mine just lives on the street most of the time. There's plenty of on-street parking for residents.

Hmmmmm..... Sounds really tempting

I was hoping to find a place w/a garage so i can get my race bike & trailer outta my parent's place & i'd rather not do resident parking cuz that'll affect my insurance, buuuut....

I'm moving outta boston & back in w/ the 'rents this week & i'm none too fuckin pleased about it

Yea... lemme know ASAP. One of our roommates who's moving out may stay for half of September if we don't find anyone else, but we still need a person, the sooner the better.

I forgot to mention that we also have an extra room which now acts as a hookah lounge and an on-demand guest room.

There's also a shitload of storage space in the basement if you have a lot of stuff.
