no, currently the floor is still dirt, and I have a temporary loft that is supported by 2 posts to the floor, I need to put the beam in for my permenant loft so I can take the support posts out and pour the floor

the weekend of 7/8 I am planning on renting a tractor and do some grading & retaining wall building around the barn

when I get my floor poured, I also want to pour a concrete apron in front of the barn

When you say the 15th, do you MEAN the 15th?

So long as the baby comes by then, I'll be over. Hopefully it WILL be here and we won't be in the hospital that weekend. How early can we get started?

Count me in unless something happens to my dad ... he is on
his way out and it has been a very painful 15 years for him.

Let me know if you need any tools ...

Cordless or corded ...

I have tools, but having another cordless screw gun or air nailer handy would ne nice, once in place, the beams have to be screwed together, at 30' length, theres plenty of room to have 2 going at the same time

I will bring my cordless impact wrench ... that thing is the balls when it comes to sinking screws or bolts.

You all set for sawzalls, skillsaws, chainsaws?

I also got a couple of good quality climbers ropes ....
My carabiners got ripped off a couple of moves ago.

I will probably be tring to set stuff up saturday afternoon, get work lights put in the right place, figure out logistics on ladders etc.

Saturday morning I have a Conservation Commission site walk

This weekend, 7th & 8th, I am renting a tractor (JD 110) and doing some driveway grading & building some retaining walls

I wouldn't mind having some help this weekend too

Help October 15th

Final word of CAUTION fir anyone coming on 2 wheels

my driveway has always been an adventure in dual sporting
last weekend I rented a tractor(backhoe/loader) and got grades set for proper drainage I compacted areas that I shimmed with fill as best I could with the tractor

in the middle of the week, we had a 3" rainstorm , I didn't loose too much but I did have sone rill erosion, I was hopin for rain to help compact but not quite so much so fast

I have regraded the erroded areas with a hand rake and there has been some traffic to compact a good portion

BUT THERE ARE SOFT AREAS AND LOOSE STONES

I might go out and drive up & down my drive some today to see if I can get it better

and uf yer ascaret ye kin park at the bottom
