I want to punch Kate. And by punch I mean "have sex with".

My wife and I have just finished the first season on DVD and bought the second season yesterday.

I'll be playing catch-up.

I think I'll pick up a new comcast box so I can record the show.

derek

I can't for the life of me understand how people can structure certain days of their existence based on when television shows air. Not being a prick, I just don't get it is all...

I've seen one episode of Lost, and it was in a bar without any volume...

I agree - although I'm still on tape... I record the shows I like during the week and then play them back while I'm on the treadmill. It's amazing how much you can cover without any commercials... My feeling is if I'm going to be rotting my brain in front of the tube I may as well be doing something constructive for the rest of my body...

yeah....kinda....a little disapointed I guess. I was expecting more... So what do you think "the others" are doing? Some type of experiment, that's for sure, they have EVERYTHING on the victims from the plane crash....and did you see how the plane was cut in half IN THE AIR...how the heck did that happen??? (explosion on the plane...or something else??)

We watch those Sci-Fi shows every Friday nights....Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, BattleStar Galactica...

I also watch NipTuck on Tuesday nights. Starting to get addicted to Grey's Anatomy...I have to watch Heroes...but I missed the first episodes. Gotta have to be carefull the TV doesn't suck me in here...that's too many shows for my taste.

some kind of conditioning experiments it seems.. but now we know where the polar bears and sharks came from.

remember last season they explained how the plane was brought down. desmond did not press the button and by not doing that, some kind of massive magnetic pulse crashed the plane. or at least that's what we're lead to believe.

i wasn't expecting a whole lot.. if you think you're going to get a lot of answers in each episode, you're just setting yourself up for disappointment.

edit: i'm not much of a sci-fi fan outside of the older star wars movies, but i love BSG.

Hmm. So, Desmond was stuck down there as an experiment to see whether he'd keep pressing the button. And then there are the other guys that seem to live in the little "gated community" on the island, then they come out and see the plane is coming down. So I guess they were watching over Desmond in a sense? To see if he'd eventually stop...

i'm really unsure of that right now. there are plenty of theories and explanations on various LOST fansites.. interesting stuff but a little too much info for a guy like me.

I found this a few months ago while doing some research on the net about the show. Very interesting...
