good truck stores in central MA?

So autozone doesn't have what I'm looking for. Does anyone know of any good truck shops around westborough/worcester?

you dont need a block heater for gasoline engines, unless you for some reason park where its -30

block heaters are great for old carbed engines, you get almost instant heat

but I think it fucks up the sensors for making a fuel injected engine run right when it's cold if you get one that heats the coolant, get one that heats the oil

ehh, the more I read about block heaters, it seems the less likely I will be getting one. I wanted the oil pan-type heater so that the truck would warm up quicker in the morning.

so nobody knows any good truck shops in central ma?
