So after a lovely 3 hour workout today, I walked to my car in the freezing cold to find it broken into...again!! I am so pissed. They took my ski boots and poles, stereo, some random shit, and tore the dash apart and broke the window frame. I was thinking about getting a new car, now it seems I have a good reason to...ALARM SYSTEM. It's almost humurous because it looked as though they tried to hot wire it and take the whole thing but realized it's a stick shift and theives are too damn dumb to learn a stick!! Even through this B.S. I was thankful I still have heat. That would have really friggin pissed me off and I would have driven around town looking for some sketchy mofo's and kicked their ass because I was freezing! I didn't really need this stress on top of everything else in my life, but I guess it's supposed to either take my mind off that shit or make me realize how stupid I can be at times and that this stuff is just stuff! I'm a good person, I do good things. So if what goes around comes around, where is my good...maybe I'll get it all thrown on top of me years to come

That sucks. Fucking thieves! I had my stereo and shit stolen by the guys who towed my car when it broke down. Hopefully you have theft coverage. I didn't and there was no way to find who took my stuff. The worst part (or maybe the good part) is they didn't even break the window since they had the keys. It might be a good idea to replace the stereo with a slightly crappy one. That's what I did, it's not top of the line but it works and it seems that no one wants it.

On the flip side, if you want a new stereo free - I have a couple. Nothing fancy like, but they all work and are almost new CD players/tuners/etc. Think I have a Pioneer and a Kenwood.

the stereo is 3 years old because when it first got broken into, i was a freshman in college and THAT was an incredibly crappy stereo. crackhead's will do anything for their fix.

strangeguy...i'd def. be interested in a stereo. i had pioneer. they actually only took the faceplate, which is valuable to them (sarcasm) but means i have to buy a whole new stereo. then after that- the car is going up for sale! PM sent...

I think i do have theft, especially after the last time I put everything possible that insurance would cover on it. I just want my ski stuff back, anything else I really don't care about. that shit was brand new!!

Theft only covers the car not your personal effects. I have never seen a car insurance policy that covers anything inside your car. Homeowners insurance however does. If you have homeowners insurance ask them. My friend had his clothes stolen at Old Orchard Beach with his wallet in the pants and his insurance paid for the clothes and up to $300 in cash which he had $200 and he got his money back.

so my credit card co. called me a bunch of times and they stole a credit card, too. Went shopping to walmart, TJ maxx, and then finally got denied at a few gas stations. Spent over $500 but the credit card co was good and cleared it. I guess this may be a good thing because now the asses can be traced and seen on camera. Oh, bit of irony.... the first transaction was at 19:24 (That's 7:24). I left the gym at 8pm. My friend i was with left just after 7 and instead of going w. her, i stayed to do a circuit of weight training. WTF...guess next time I'll just leave early.

oh, and they took my makeup. crossdressers.

walmart is gonna hear it from me....WHO lets someone spend over $400 in one shot without checking a license!!! they must have had a girl with them unless the check out person was a complete douche and didnt realize that I have a GIRL name. dipshits.

LAWRENCE, Mass. --A Lawrence cab driver who shot a passenger who allegedly robbed him at knifepoint is facing serious charges himself
Taxi driver Bienvenido Rodriguez, 42, of Methuen pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in Lawrence District Court on Monday to charges of assault with intent to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. He was ordered held on $10,000 cash bail.

Rodriguez shot the alleged robber in the back as he was fleeing early Sunday morning, but according to the police report, was only trying to scare him and did not intend to hit the man, identified as Herman Irene, 36, of Lawrence.

Rodriguez's .40 caliber handgun was properly licensed, authorities said.

There is no excuse for the shooting, Lawrence Chief John Romero said.

"Certainly, this individual shooting wasn't the right thing to do," Romero said. "He should simply contact police and let us do what we do. He's looking at serious charges."

Police were called to the scene of the shooting by another passenger who was in the cab at the time.

Irene was arraigned in his hospital bed on Monday on charges of armed robbery, according to the district attorney's office. He was ordered held on $10,000 bail.

Rodriguez should not have been charged at all, said his lawyer, Pamela Saia. "He was the victim of a crime," she said. "Mr. Rodriguez is scared to death. ... He was completely afraid he was going to be killed."

That just sucks ass,...the worst thing is when they steal your wallet. It took me so long to fix all the shit that happened when they stole the wallet outta my truck. Fight with creditors get a duplicate license they had a field day with my shit. The best thing about the story is they had pictures of the two kids that did it some camera on the building accross the street from my house. Me and two of my friends found out what day they were to be in court cause they smashed the windows outta the building were the cameras were so the place was pressing charges. So after the court case we followed one of them home,... two nights later me and my friend waited in the bushes for him to come out of the Apartment Complex. We beat this kids ass so bad he had two broken ribs knocked out tooth and a broken wrist. They had a write up in the Malden paper about this kid who got jumped telling all the details. I felt so good after that. Best thing was he had no clue who it was.

The problem is that he shot him in the back. If he shot him while he was facing him then he could claim he was in fear for his life. If you shoot someone in the back, no matter what state you live in, it will not be considered self defense.

This is true thats why its not worth getting involved until after. Revenge is the sweetest. I know a few peolpe who have had serious revenge vendattas against people who would normally have walked away from things for technacallities.
