That's one thing they found... and if that was the only thing they found, yeah, that'd be friggin embarassing....

But from what i've heard here at work there were other packages that turned up, one of which supposedly looked like a pipe bomb.

Yup, here we go... My guess is that these signs raised people's alertness & they started spotting other things that looked suspicious... like things that looked like pipe bombs...

Mayor Menino is pushing for criminal charges I heard. Could be 2-3 years PER count; and they had what, fifteen of these things? They'll probably just be fined heavily though.

Now that I've seen a few pics of the 'devices' I must say we look like a bunch of redneck fucks. There have been HUGE billboards into and out of Boston for WEEKS with those same characters on them. Seeing that 'device' on the bridges just makes me think it's a new piece of urban art.. with lights.

best advertising campaign EVER!!! Turner Broadcasting reached the WHOLE CITY of Boston for what... 50 bucks for the signs & a 30 rack of Bud for the kid to put em up all over the city?

Considering how fast this story is spreading, stunts like this are gonna be taught in every advertising class across the country. Before long we're gonna be seeing "Aunt Jamima dirty bombs" hidden in subway stations & Hostess "Improvised Explosive Delicious Treats" duct taped to "Suicide Samplers" employees in Costco & BJ's.
