Aight, so you know those thick metal access covers you find on city streets that are about 18" by 18" square? Well one of em came loose outside my building & was sitting flat, but w/ one point over the top of the hole.... kinda dangerous, obviously.

So my exterior patrol officer spotted it, came in & told me about it... well since it's right there outside my desk i go to the door to check it out. While i was standing there w/ my exterior, a little Scion XB piece of shit runs over the hole, pushes one corner down into it, the opposite corner comes up & rips 1/2 the bumper off. Now the thing is pointed STRAIGHT up in the air & the very next car, an SUV friggin NAILS the thing head-on! It lifts the SUV about a foot off the ground & i just see about a gallon of oil SHOOT out from the oil pan & dump all over the road.

It was awesome


Unfortunately this means more work for me cuz I just had to coordinate shit w/ 911, record everything that went on & now i gotta go write up an incident report

But that just made my friggin week

I'm in corporate security. I do dispatch & act as a communications hub coordinating shit w/ building ops, building managment, building engineers, emergency services etc.
