Auto refresh?

When I a surfing the forums, I have to constantly click refresh to get the stuff I've already read to become un-bolded. IT is quite frustrating.

Also, when I go to view a thread that has new posts, I have to refresh the thread once I am in it to see the new messages.

Is there a setting somewhere on the CP that will enable auto refresh?
