Sunday - 64 mile loop on the road bicycle - stopped to fill my water bottles and that was it. Felt great...

Monday - Got out on the motorcycle during lunch - great ride. Big Brown truck shows up with the order from Bavarian Autosport - car parts. Monday night in the garage putting them in.

Tuesday - I find a refund check from Citibank in the mail for almost $600.00. Mountain bike ride up in the hills - 25 miles after work. Really technical single tracks. Tuesday night - hottie neighbor calls - wants to get together this weekend... Dinner and a movie Friday night - AND campfire and movie at my place on Saturday night...

Wednesday - Big Brown truck shows up again with the order from Tire Express - new front tire for the bike. I also find a leftover Gary Fisher Tassajaro bike at the local shop (hydraulic disks, 120 mm front forks) - 20% off. Run up after work to pick it up.
Side note - I've been fighting over whether to get a new couch for the living room or a new mountain bike. The refund check lets me do both!!!

Thursday - Mountain bike ride planned for after work...

I hope the momentum keeps going!!!

Next Sunday - I have an 80+ mile loop planned including a trip over route 17 on the road cycle. Wish me luck.

Broke the bike in last night - 20 + miles up in the hills. Fell a few times. Jammed my thumb on one of the falls - having trouble holding my coffee cup.

The disk brakes are awesome, I just have to get used to the frame geometry and get it set up for me...
