Places to park in the Financial District (Boston)

Guys,

The financial district is one of the few places I'm not too familar with. I was wondering if any of you guys have recommendations as far as places to park a car on a Saturday night (9pm and later) in that area.

Street parking would be key but the chances of finding a spot on a Satuday night is very unlikley. Parking far away is not an option because females are usually with us and usually wear high heels (girls in high heels + walking ='s a bad idea)

We gave up and parked at the garage next to the Boston Harbor Hotel which costed an arm and a leg.

Anything else in that area?!?!?

yea al lot of garages torn to $10-15 through the night.

dont be cheap like me & end up getting your car towed.

as far as drinking ~ yea where exactly?

there's tons of spots in the southern north-end right on the water. Fanuiel Hall is right there as well & it's loaded w/ places.

where exactly is the financial district... isnt it right there as well?

yeah, that's a LITTLE bit of a hike from my building (1 Lincoln St.)... but the advantage is, it's the #1 safest parking garage in all of Boston.

from: 1 lincoln st boston ma to: 200 High St, Boston, MA 02110 - Google Maps

its the area surrounding around post-office sq.

depending on where you are going, its pretty dead at night. if you are going to places around fanuiel hall, best to park at 75 state street garage. you are basically right across from Mc Fadden's and 5 mins walking from purple shamrock and bells in hand.

but if you are going to any of the expensive restaurants like radius, your best bet is to just valet it, will be around the same as parking $15-$20

the last bar I went to was right along the southern end of Christopher Columbus Park I think. It was called Filios or something... started w/ an F & it's a big deal. HUGE outdoor/ indoor bar & the place was packed. you can't miss it: north end boston - Google Maps

I think my car was towed from Commercial Wharf W rd. just a tad North of the bar. So dont park there!!!!!

I'm told there is another $11 night parking garage maybe about 1/4 mile somewhere up Atlantic Ave as well.
