Doing laundry will never be the same again.

Stephan and I got new laundry machines, the Kenmore Elite HE 5 (in red color!) front loads. Let me tell you....I just cut laundry time in half, if not more. I just washed clothes that usually would have taken 4 different loads, basically a whole morning, in only 2 loads. You can put so much clothes in those machines, it's crazy. I can stuff a Queen size comforter in it, and it's not a problem. Clothes came out very clean, smelling good, and it takes little time to dry because they come out of the washing machine only "damp", not "wet". I'm so happy!! Nice buy, if anyone is looking to get themselves new machines, seems so far it's well worth the money. Oh and it's full of buttons and when you shut the lights, both machines are illuminated with over a dozen little lights, cute cute!!

That is super exciting Miss Twisties!

Just think how much more enjoyment you will get out doing laundry. You might as well go ahead and sell the bike

Are you serious? Ouch... I did tell my husband "the more buttons and cute little gadgets, the more expensive it cost when it brakes!" and he basically sent me to hell saying that's the ones he wanted...LOL Plus, he didn't take the extended warranty on them...scarry.

KillBill, come here and let me smack you. The machines will never replace the bike! Arr arr!

I can do that too!! We just bought a brand new high efficiency for the old house before we decided to move, and now I have another good, different high eff. model in our new house. I'll spare you guys....

Hey, I'm sorry but I'm a woman and it's only normal to get excited about my new working tools!

Seriously though, the wife and I will be looking into replacing the washer/dryer and dishwasher within the next year. Our water bills have been unreal and the new stuff is supposed to use something like 50% less water.

Watch out for mold growth on the door sealing gasket of your front load washer.

I would imagine the spin cycle on a new machine wouldn't be nearly as much fun as an old washer. Definitely a time saver.

Those washers are a piece of shit. There is actually a class action suit for them. The main board (CCU) breaks all the time. Search the internet you will find tons of poor reviiws on the Kenmore HE3, HE4, and HE5. I own the HE3 and even though when it works it is awesome I have had more issues with that washer.

On the bright side, the washer will make a good toilet when it is broken.

You know, until it becomes full.
