According to the judge, she was 4th prettiest at the show, because thats where we placed in the halter class (first pic is halter class).

We've covered this - ALL chaps are assless. If they have an ass, they're pants.

And those aren't chaps, they're chinks. I do not know why they have that unfortunate synonym for a racial slur, but thats what they're called.

Chinks only extend to the middle of your calves, so that they dont get muddy if you have to get off your horse and walk around.

She is absolutely beautiful! What is her breeding? Judging by the other photos, she looks to be a very talented horse as well. I've ridden a couple of really nice reining horses over the years but I've never had the opportunity to try cutting. Those horses are so quick that I'm sure I'd end up on the ground

nice! where was this at? buddy of mine does team penning and all that good stuff.. always wanted to try out reining but alas... i am just a hunter and eq fanatic. one day !! one day!

haha same goes here... i tried barrell racing a few times just messing around with some girls that i ride with... totally different feeling that sittin all pretty!



anyone here ever tried out polo? you get the feeling of the quick start and stop and turn on a time ANDD you get to chase around a little ball! fun times fun times... I only ever played with one other girl as its mostly a guys sport... but i got the chance to play with a guy that is pro and plays over in europe for all the rich hot shots over there.. that was quite the experience!

sarah! we should try do polo together.. one my best friends played for Uconn the past few yrs and had a blast.. maybe we can try get lessons for it? !

i took some polo lessons a few years back. i totally sucked at it. i did fine with the riding part of it but couldn't hit the ball cleanly at anything faster than a trot

during the summer they have polo matches every sunday in hamilton, ma. but i'm not sure exactly when they start the season.

So they are short like an Asian person and when you add the cowboy flavor to it, you get Chinks!

who is your friend? i took lessons at a place called shallowbrook in somers ct from 2 guys and a girl that ride for uconns team... mike wenning this girl debbie and another guy named charlie idk their last names i knew mike cuz he went to my school but their all wicked cool..

im the same way its really hard to hit the ball! i played indoor polo so the ball was a bit bigger than the balls they use for outdoor... but the faster you go the straighter your horse rides and the easier it is to get a clean hit... kind of against EVERYTHING they ever taught you to be hanging off the side of a galloping horse but think of it like hanging off your bike going around a turn!
