The sellers agent has been trying to contact the seller since yesterday early PM. No word yet.

I was told the guy is being "difficult". If he doesn't want to at least return a call, then fuck him, his house will still be for sale for another 6 months.

The previous owner of my house (after a long stay in the hospital) had the nerve to go and die on me 2 days after I made my first offer without having the decency to make a counter offer before passing. Having to deal with the 90 year old wife and power of attorney was an issue to say the least. The negotiations dragged on for about a month and a half but I eventually did get the house.
