Moto GP (who's going?) and Batting Help

(1) MOTO GP: I know someone else from the NESR disaster has to be going out to Cali for this, aside from me. Who is down?

(2) BATTING: I play in a softball league. The last two weeks I have been doing *nothing* but hitting 1-hop's to 3rd or SS (for the easy out at 1st). Something is either off with my timing or form, but I can't figure it out. Any suggestions?

Just before you take your cut, tell yourself NOT to. THEN swing away. Force yourself to try to hit the pitcher every time. Adjusting your swing in softball is a relatively easy thing to do...

sounds like your opening you stance when you swing and pulling left (assuming that you are right handed) go to the batting cage and swing left handed. thatll fix ya.

Stop letting your shoulder fly & adjust the timing of your "wrist roll". Try driving it down the first base line.
