yup it's her! I don't know if she knows that her face is online this morning...LOL I'd be really pissed off, since she went in and they wouldn't allow her to adopt a kitten after she told them she might be moving in a year from now. But they seem having no problem using her pretty picture to serve their own needs?

They are always trying to find homes for cats at the Especially For Pets in Wayland I go to. I think it's called Kitty Angels that are there on, what seems like, most Saturdays. I'm not sure if they are Kitten Nazis like the other group, but you can see the cats and check out their temperment. The organizer seems okay.

Someone forward this info to her. I'd pm her, but since she's "the resident hottie" I could be in for some trouble with the SO. I can see just how it would go down:

Wife: You're messaging with a girl whose pic you saw in a MC forum?

ME: Well...yeah, but it's so she could maybe get a... kitten... I'd seen.

Wife: A what?!

Me: Ugh...

here's the story:

I'm playing with the kitties to decide which I want, decided to get a white long haired (literally after 1.5hrs) and the Republican lady took the pic before they pissed me off. So I go do the application thing and in conversation I let it slip that "my dads not keen on the idea of another cat, but we convinced him to say yes because I'm moving soon with it." They freaked out, called my parents to ask permisison (mom said ok) because I live with them and finally said no because "moving a cat is very stressful for it."

I suppose they'd rather euthanize it then me give it a good home and relocate in a year or so. My goodness, MSPCA are nazi's. I heard about some thing they do at agway where they bring the animals to get them adopted and i'm hoping theyre not as nuts about it. They make it impossible to adopt animals now (they also call your vet to ask about other animals and need proof of home ownership or an official letter from a landlord stating having animals is ok, not allowed outside and that they will NEVER be left alone: aka LIE).

I have a friend who "has connections" with the paper and he now wants to collect other peoples' poor experiences to write an editorial and have it published. If I knew the staff were going to be so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL I would have not allowed them to publish that photo. It's surprising how many good people are denied to adopt animals, it's really sad that then these animals are euthanized.

I wanted that Kitten!!
