Haven't you ever talked to a girl? They're all the exception to the rule.

My wife insists that girls who ride only do so to attract guys. I argue the point with her, but she's pretty insistent.

You know, there's a million fine looking women in the world, dude. But they don't all bring you lasagna at work. Most of 'em just cheat on you.

intentionally or unintentionally; it works.

i'd rather a girl who rides or shows interest in learning~ I think it says a lot about them (try new things, share a passion, etc). I've dated girls who would get on the back (but never wanted to operate), and now one who said no to bikes entirely. Those types never really did it for me... I think the most exciting thing this last girl did all summer was go to Nantucket for a weekend and do the bicycle thing.

You're wife is a pretty smart lady. There are no general statements for ALL though, there are always exceptions, though few and far between.

Don't worry though, I'll stay away from your wife, fucker.

You know....I gotta agree. I don't know how many girls I've met who "own bikes", but I couldn't bring myself to say they "ride". They always have some type of excuse to avoid getting out there on their bike. Pisses me off because I would love to ride more often with other female riders. And I don't want to generalize, but so far seems the young chicks are the ones who buy bikes just to look "cool" or "sexy". Riding their bikes downtown, parking it somewhere and pose is their definition of "riding". On the other hand, I've met quite a few older women, some nearly their 50's! who ride their bike ANY chance they get and couldn't be happier when they do. One of our friend (coming on the ride & party) rides a gorgeous BMW, she rides to work, she rides hundred of miles with her husband on weekends, she rides all the time.

I ride to relieve every day's life stress, have fun, test my limits, improve my skills, change scenery, feel free...every chance I get. If some think I look "cool" as a woman riding, that's just an extra.

well here's your proof of a young girl...who loves to ride everyday she can. i own a 10 year old ninja 250 so i'm clearly not out to impress. i'm out to explore the road and have a blast!!! i've put about 1000 miles on her (may be pathetic to some but i'm a brand new rider) and i'm sure it'll be more once i'm done with the learning phase! :-D

so if you're ever up in the northshore area and wanna ride with another chick...i'm down
