well check out the book asap if u can. I've got a copy if u wanna borrow. it's by far the best I've ever read on general skills. no need to get all defensive either. everyone really knows not all girls stink at riding. it shows a lot by wanting to learn & take it all in as a new rider. a lot of people dont jump right into the deep end. i didnt even go on my first group ride for 2 years after I started. I was too busy playing with myself I guess...

i probably won't wait 2 years to go on a group ride, but I am not comfortable with riding with THAT many people yet, just requires a whole lot more attention than i'm willing to give right now, I'm still tryin to find ways to sit on my bike so that when I hit bumps my boobs wont hurt And I'll steer clear of devil bitch... a woman who doesn't like bikes??? What planet did she come from... obviously hell I guess...

Which is one of the reasons I always wear my leathers. A little extra padding to absorb the impacts is nice.

you got a brand new gsxr and you're not even at a level to go on group rides?

sell it, get an ex250, and stick to parking lots.

I just want to say that Jane's posts in this thread rock the house, and I know that she is a rider because she likes to ride, not because she wants to pick up guys. Although she does both quite well.

Also, Jane is one of only two women who have been able to make me blush. That shit was funny.

She rides fine for what we do out on the street. I havent gone on any faster paced rides with her but I suspect she will do ok. Seems to know what she can and cant do with the bike at her experience level and thats the real key to getting good.

It was the other dude with us that was scaring the crap out of me. He was an expert at crossing the yellow line on blind corners. Even after I talked to him I still dont think he quite got it. I hope so for his sake.

i'm not new to riding, i've been riding for about 10 years. I may be new to street but that doesn't reflect on my ability to handle my bike. i don't have a race rep at all you just can't understand things that are above you, so I hope that works out for you.
