What a pain in the ass this is going to be, especially for people who inherit guns.
I think this is going to be more of a tool for the police to try to get at the illegal guns, but it still does not address the dealers that sell guns illegaly in the state. Funny thing is the LEO's know who these guys are, and still cant seem to put them away for life.
