Awesome Customer Service...

I hit the wrong lever ordering tires today from a reputable online-only dealer and ordered the wrong tires. I immediately sent 'em an email requesting they cancel the order. About 15 minutes later, I get an order confirmation from them but no cancellation. About 45 minutes later, I shoot 'em another email asking for confirmation of the cancellation and NICELY point out that it's my second request. I immediately received this reply:

"2nd answer, order cancelled-
blaine"

About 15 seconds later, I get this:

"Thought I might get one ahead of you so for the 3rd time,
order cancelled.
Beat you.
blaine"

Probably not so funny reading it. But it made me piss myself. Made my otherwise mundane day...

www.swmototires would be my bet. I think Blaine and I used to speak on the phone all the time before they went to web-based-ordering only and I went to sport-touring tires
