question re: parking at Gillette

I read on the Gillette stadium web site that it costs the same to park a bike there as it does for a car... anyone ever ride down there for a game? anyone know any spots to park the bike for free? thanks for any info!

question re: parking at Gillette

The only motorcycles I've ever seen at Gillette look like this:

I suggest you catch a ride with someone else, or take public transpo.
If you really want to ride your scooter, there are also several off-site parking lots within walking distance of the stadium (where the real tailgating goes on). You might could park there for less than the stated $40 rate.

Park at the Outlaw down the steet. Go in for a few beers and then walk to the game. After the game head back to the Outlaw for another cold one and wait for the traffic to die down.

I was just there for the Pats vs. Giants preseason game and paid $50 to park outside the stadium and that was $40

It is a biker bar. Every Thursday they have a bike night. And it seems all of the charity bike rides that have been held around the area lately end up there. There is another one this weekend btw. Good food and good people if you don't mind the Harley crowd. And if you hate your rear tire there is a burnout box that is easily accessed.
