This election is going to come down to a duel between two unelectable candidates...

A philandering, abortion supporting Republican (or a Mormon Republican!) versus a Female or Black Democrat?

Maybe it's a sign of the impending apocalypse.

I seriously hope that this election doesn't end up like the last one, with two complete fuckhead candidates.

If the Republicans want to have any hope of winning, they'll be needing a real centrist IMO. Voters are still doing the knee-jerk thing to Bush.

show me a candidate who's plat form is built on "prove that you can financially support a child and won't raise an asshole or you'll be forced to receive and abortion" and I'll vote for them 100 times.

After 9-11, Rudy is probably in the best position. I have a feeling this election is going to be a shit show.

Regarding Ron Paul... never trust a man with two first names

And why the hell is he a supporter of the Browns in NH... how does he expect the government to function without taxes being collected... what a numb fuckard

It seems the only people who are big on this guy are the late teens and twenty something kids who don't want to work, don't want to pay for anything but want the world to function still and support them.

Shouldn't this be in cotrov. topic?

?? I doubt that people who don't want to work are for Ron Paul, getting rid of welfare is as high on his list as lowering taxes,

Ron Paul is a personal responsibility candidate

That is the problem... most people don't take responsibility for their actions.. they want the government to do it for them.

uhh... thats kind of the exact opposite of what personal responsibility is, and that what he stands for, either that or one of us is waaay off here. He wants people to become less dependent on the government, Taxes can still be collected without income tax, just alot less if the government is bailing everyone out.

I am one of these "twentsomething kids" who is for ron paul, Ive worked ever since I was sixteen, took loans out to go to tech school, and pay my taxes even though I dont agree with how they are spent. I have a job, work hard at it, have never asked for a hand out from the govenment, and I want everyone else who is capable to work for a living as well.

Im not saying that *if* he wins everything will be peachy, there would defenetly be unforeseen problems and growing pains as people who are used getting afree ride on the working class man are forced to fend for themselves.

im also one of them 20 somethings. ive been all sides of the financial classes. ive gone from being way below the poverty line to where most people dream of. not once have i taken a government giveme.

the federal income tax only represents 33% of the federal income. If we were to go back to federal spendings levels of 8 years ago this would be easily possible. especially if we stop financing other countries, allowing illegals services funded by tax payer money, increase financial accountabilty in government offices, and stop other fruitless spending.

Hijack

Its fun to watch Hillary believes she has secured the nomination and is now moving to the center leaving mooove on alone.

Weedhoppers learn to direct your efforts to defeating the one you don't want.

HIllary has very hi negatives and will be fought against by anyone right of Chairman Mao.

If Usama attacks by election day then Rudy would win

It would be a refreshing change if someone could win based on responsibility and hope, rather than fear and corruption.
