Well... Its a condex, so there's no association, but I don't own it, so it would be a matter of getting the landlord to approve something and PAY for it. I don't plan on living there for more than another 9 months or so, so I don't want to sink money into something that's not going to pay off for me.

I picked up my Vermont Castings Resolute Acclaim last night. It could pass for brand new

The guy talked the price down AFTER I agreed to pay asking price too!

Now to get quotes on a Class A Chimney...going to run about $1900 just for materials. Probably going to put it in myself. Cut a hole in two ceilings and the roof, done.

The stove came with the optional heat sheilds on the back and bottom so the clearances don't need to be as much.
