ive seen a few houses with there advertisements here. dunno anyone whose bought off of them though

We didn't use them to sell our old house, but that's how we found our new house! The lady who sold us our house said she got quite a few emails from people interested in the house, I think we were the 5th ones to come see the house from that website alone. And keep in mind we are in a small town...so I can only imagines you would get even more attention living in a bigger city.

So its safe to say you've never been to Windham NH!? about 13,000 people.
Thanks, I put it on Craigslist and are going to give it a couple few weeks before a realtor gets their claws on it. I will probably try one of either online sites this week..
