Re: Custom Autowork

Coming from someone that has a long history of fucking with vehicles, DON'T DO IT! Leave it theeee fuck alone! Customization equals problems, a chain reaction of problems and maintanance issues. Plus, you'll most likely be stuck with for far longer than you'd ever want to and you'll NEVER recover or recoup the money & sweat you'll have into it. I learned the hard way...THREE times...

Re: Custom Autowork

don't bag it if you are going to drive it year round or all that much the ride sucks after a while. shaved door handels are easy if you buy the kit.

I don't care about that. The truck is payed for and not costing me anything but cheap ass insurance and gas.

My cousin owns a shop in Biddeford called Ziebart's and a body shop next door that should be able to do everything your looking to do. If not he would atleast be able to point you in the right direction.

I took the restrictor plate off to give the Red Dragon a little more juice. But it's not exactly street legal, so keep it on the down low.

Re: Custom Autowork

a very good friend of mine is into this kinda. he has a custom 1964 Impala on bags, a 1988 D50 with a turbo 4G63 motor in it, and hes currently in the process of putting a 5 speed in his automatic Galant, as well as building a 1966 Catalina for his fiance. Hes my oldest friend, first kid i met in kindergarden. Although hes nowhere near where you are, im sure he could give you some pointers. Hes in Townsend MA, so like 2.5-3 solid hours from Brunswick...
