Honda Passport tow vehicle

I just picked up a short money 01 Passport for trailer towing and sleeping in at track (no more spending $80 at Red Roof and not getting any sleep) - anyone have one and how does it tow? Surprised to see it will tow 4,500lbs if trailer has brakes, might be time for bigger trailer....
