Anyone with keflex experience?

Well I ended up with an infection on my finger and have been prescribed 500mg of keflex 4 times a day for a week, so just how shitty am I going to feel in 2 days?

Do you have sensetivity to antibiotics? You should be fine with Keflex. Take it with alot of water. Big glass.

sounds good... i usually get a little sick to my stomach a day or 2 in but i'm generally fine after.

04 I was cleaning my blender and stabbed myself by accident with the blade and was fine for a week then same thing- cellulitis, doc said another day or two and woulda ended up with an abscess... we'll see though

I got the same prescription for the same reason, opened my fingers up and exposed broken bone.

Only issues I had, it put me off my appitite slightly, and 'bound up the works' for the duration...

I was on keflex when I got my ear ripped open, I got a rash from it but that was about it.

keflex is pretty harmless and usually does the trick. just make sure you take it as prescribed because if you don't follow the exact dosage given it may not be as effective (resulting in having to take yet another antibiotic)

working good so far, swelling's pretty much completely gone and there's no pain anymore.
