My step-daughter lives in Glouster. There are alot of single parent homes, and poverty. When we only have her once or twice a month its hard for us to set rules and keep track of whats going on.... Her mother doen't care what she does..And yes, she is pregnant at 15..

So, I was railing chicks when I was 14 and I knew EXACTLY what I was doing. Lemme tell ya, back then (1994 to be exact) there was no other internet and jazz either. Today's kids have more access to more information than ever before. Ignorance isn't a excuse.
