FWIW, I've been to about 25 different Hooter's and the best I've ever seen was at the Carousel Mall in Syracuse, NY.

Ya all the Hooters that operated in this area went belly up. I can't stand that place anyway. I will say though the best one I have ever been to was down in Tampa downtown at Channelside.
