The man is definetely on the wrong side of the road because he is in Colorado. His cholesterol and triglyceride counts are most likely both too high. He probably doesn't have a full fuel tank.

If you look at the very top left of the pic (the road up there) it looks like he's way past the apex, no?

He is grabbing a fistfull (ok 2 fingers full) of front brake meaning he actually stationary and is about to fall over but the photographer snapped the picture moments before the tragic tip over making him look like a confused British rider with megaphone mufflers that are most likely missing baffles.

Also, there is no oil under the bike.

Wrong... The air cleaner cover is on the right hand side of the bike. That side never faces the double yellow when you're on the right hand side of the road.

That's right. What am I thinking? I'm used to riding Down Under with the Kiwis so everything's backwards. Even the toilets, when you flush them, the water spins the opposite way. Really freaks you out the first time you see it.

Same thing happened to me the first time I was in Austraila. We went out drinking the very first night (16 years old, it wasn't pretty). The next morning, i looked down in the shower to see the water going the wrong direction... I cahlked it up to the drinking until it happened the next day...
