I'm far from making a lot of $$, I'm just good at managing it

Chef Jay's Protein Bars

Lots of flavors and full of protein and complex carbs. I don't know about lunch or dinner but they're a weekday breakfast staple for me.

Re: Eating Healthy

It's all about meat and protein. Your body takes longer to digest it thus keeping you satiated longer.

Re: Eating Healthy

I'll sum up your problem real quick. Increase your fiber and protein intake. You wont feel hungry anymore, seriously.

Chef jay's eh? Definitely been a fan of protein/carbohydrate bars for quick sustenance. Usually they end up being a between meal snack for me.

I was just there last weekend. Don't bring Doc with you though, he'll be telling all the chicks to put their tops back on just incase they fall in the sand and burn their boobies.

Re: Eating Healthy

Grains, greens, protien, and water - that's about all you need. And, yes - it's hard to eat healthy while you're out. Snickers bars are actually pretty good for you though in a pinch - compaired to a dougnut...

You'll go insane if you eat a salad every night for dinner - brown rice, Red and Balck beans, Quinoa (KeenWah), Costco salmon burgers, and pre-cooked chicken strips - all simple, and good for you...
