Re: Eating HealthyGrains, greens, protien, and water - that's about all you need. And, yes - it's hard to eat healthy while you're out. Snickers bars are actually pretty good for you though in a pinch - compaired to a dougnut... You'll go insane if you eat a salad every night for dinner - brown rice, Red and Balck beans, Quinoa (KeenWah), Costco salmon burgers, and pre-cooked chicken strips - all simple, and good for you... |
