If anyone is interested I am looking for roommates, I have a house in Taunton and would like to rent out two or three of my rooms.... I have a garage for the bikes and am on a dead end street...

Where abouts in taunton and how much?

Right off of 140 towards the norton/taunton line. It is on Tremont Avenue (NOT Tremont Street which is 140). I am looking for $700.00 a month plus splitting utilities, which shouldn't be too much. Electric is pretty cheap. I pay for the propane which works the stove and fireplace. Oil will suck but not so bad if split. Water usually isn't too bad either. We will share the house with the exception of the bedrooms that are rented. I have a decent size yard and The garage for the motorcycles...

Inside pics.... the huge TV in the living room will be leaving. So will alot of the other stuff. The two rental bedrooms will be naked and bare when someone comes to move in. There will be no beds, dressers or pics on the walls. However there are built in drawers in the walls. I just couldn't show them in the pics because they are covered by dressers and beds.

Good luck in your search however just so you know you cannot charge for water/sewer unless your house uses low volume faucets, toilets, etc.

That is too bad, but I am sure mine won't be either.... We could have a competitive household if it comes to stuff like that...

LOL, I still live home with my wife and kids, sleep on the couch and see my girlfriend 3 times a week! Still waiting for the locks to get changed on me!!!

I should probably get measurements of the rooms I think the pics I took make the rooms look really little..
