Well I have one that is 12 years old running strong and two more that are 10 years old again running strong no problems. If you keep up on them and do the correct maintenance they lost for a long time.

Re: new toy!

That thing is legit man. Throw a smaller pulley on the blower, some new sponsons for stability and that thing will do high 80s easy. They still have the Learning and Normal DESS Keys? Honestly such a good idea to keep morons off the water going anything near 80.

Have fun with your new Muscle Craft!

There is no pulley on the supercharger. It's not belt driven. It's driven internally off of the crank...

Now they offer a third key "speed" to be programmed. The "learning key" is good for about 35mph. A 55mph key can also be programmed into the ECU. And, of course, the unrestricted key. All '08 models have this capability.

Re: new toy!

man Im out of the loop. If I remember the '06 models were belt driven with a V-Belt. Might be mistaking, but I remember some of our techs talking about what could be done to them.

Either way, its a fun WC!!
