I have been looking for a pit bike to screw around with for a while now to no avail and last night i found this. it is a 125cc Geely with 7k. runs fine and it has a couple of cosmetic things but for $200 it is a nice winter project. now i am deciding what direction to go in with this thing. i hate the yellow and i want to do something different. any ideas?

Go naked with that bad boy!
cover it with stickers, then it will go faster, too.

the track wraps idea seems cool. the naked thing was my first thought but everything that is not yellow is 1 piece of ABS plastic and is an integral member of the bike. i took it out real quick last night and it does mid 40's but a rejet, exhaust, new CDI, and a high flow filter should up that. upside to scooters is all the stuff i just described is $200 total! short money fun!
ok. i took her out today and she is fun, no power though. turns out the intake manifold is rubber and cracked to all hell so that is causing a huge vac leak. couple that with the "electric choke" system and it is being robbed of power. so my newest two wheel project is getting some love. i have on order right now a performance exhaust, 30mm carb, high flow intake, new performance manifold, new jets, and some up graded brake pads. all in all i think it should be a good start. for the body i am going with bedliner and track wraps out back and i am toying with the idea of a naked front end with dual driving lights.
