Yes, but it was 'unique'. I saw it in the theater, the concept is really good, it just wasn't carried out in the best manner... Too quick, they rushed it... If you notice, most good horror movies take their time to develop, e.g. "The Shining", "The Others", it's as if they ran out of bugdet and had to speed everything up...

But I really, really, thought the concept was cool and unique...

Agreed on all points. The concept was great, at first I was psyched that it wasn't just another spooky-ghosts-kill-people movie.

It seemed like it needed to be an hour longer.

Upside: There are tits in it.

That truly is one of the key features in any horror movie!!

Even "The Shining" had tits in it...



Gotta say though, I really, really, hate it when they rush and tell you what's going on... Like when the Captain recites the history of the ship... It's like he's reading from a script or something...

I just caught this last night as well...

I will agree it was rushed... and also agree that the concept was very cool....

I did however think the opening scene with the cable and the dance party was pretty cool.... neat effects....

It was alright. I was pretty grossed out at the scene where the cable cuts them into pieces.

overall yeah it was cheesy but i still kinda liked it - watching movies so much it was atleast entertaining - but had such a terrible ending

Ghost Ship..

Go rent The Ring. That has a very old school Exorsist kind of scare to it. Plus it's long enough to give the story with out rushing it. One of the best I have seen in years.
