Americans became programmed to believe that the Honda brand was for economy only and were unable to see that Honda could produce a luxury car (hence my quotations around the word nice). Honda responded to this by forming a new brand to market luxury cars instead of breaking the stubborn American mindset. (as have most car companies). I was making a point that is more insulting to the mindset of Americans being stubborn than to Honda. They were making a successful business decision that I agree with. I like Honda a lot and have owned several. Have no fear I was not insulting your car, when I have a teenage girl I’ll buy her the same cute little car too.

Oh, shit, sorry. Acura does suck. I also find it funny that Jim bought the luxury version of the big brother of Chuck's car.

So what do you all think of Peyton walking off the field after the game? Do I hear "poor loser"?

I have to agree with you on that, Manning does seem to have contracted whatever it is Favre has...if the Colts won the game, the int would have been over looked, but since they lost, to put the entire game on that mistake alone is ridiculous. Its like trading a kicker for missing a potentially game winning kick. Or would it have actually won the game?

He may not coach his team at the line, but I've seen more raw talent out of him this season than I did from the other guys.

Sounds like you have some double standards against the Patriots...
So now stats make it ok that they lost? If it was any other QB, that would have been great stats...but its Tom Brady. I was not impressed with how he played in that game. Not the Brady that we saw in past SB appearances. Just my opinion. I blame it on his blossoming career as a Stetsons model.

The SB is not the end all be all. Great football players are great players, regardless of how many Super Bowls they have won. You have to play great football week after week to get there. Each year the inductee's to the Hall of Fame prove that. Favre's career, while blemished by some poor decisions, and excellent defending, is and will be remembered as one of the best ever. Manning's destiny is still yet to be seen, but hit stats already are just as impressive as Brady's, and imho, he is just as good. Now, he might not be a gentleman, or a decent loser, but thats just the way it is with people as intense and competitive as Peyton is.

I was going for Indy, but I still congratulate the Saints for a well-played game.
Thats basically where I am coming from. Well said. Though I enjoy a good discussion!

And just for the record. I love the Pats, Bill is an awesome coach, and they have a very unique team unity that has led them to some amazing achievements. But, I like to give respect when respect is due. I have no allegiances to any professional sports team, regardless of where I live.
That being said. Well done Saints, well done.

Best regular season maybe. He single handedly lost the season 3 years in a row by tossing a pick. It is foolish to even put him in the arguement with people that actually win.

Lets be fair, he constantly leads the league in 4th quarter comebacks. Which isnt hard to do when you play like shit for the first 3 quarters.

On a more important note, it was good times wearing my Seyton Manning t-shirt in Miami last week. Though it didn't bother the Colts fans much since they were too busy being cocky and asshole-ish.

Disclaimer: that is not me in the photo, just a young man with similar style and pizzaz.

Breaking news: Peyton Manning blames the coach!

The following quote from Peyton Manning indicates that the decision to run came from above. “Had we gotten that first down, we were going to call a timeout and then go back to our two-minute offense, but Jim Caldwell told Tom [Moore] to try to get a first down, try to punch it out first,” Manning said. “We feel like you should convert that third down and we didn’t. Then we gave them a short field and gave them the easy field goal. That was a disappointing series,” he finished.
