And catching one hurts.

Went dirt biking with Kat yesterday. Doin bout 30ish the front tire kicked right n almost washed. Recovered but veered off trail n caught an 18 inch thick baseball bat with my hip/abdomen n did a sweet helicopter.

Kat said the view was spectacular. Can't wait to watch my helmet cam

Somehow managed to get back on, limp it 3 miles back to the trucks and headed off to the ER.

X-rays and CAT scan came back clear for the most part but they kept me over night n took some more chest X-rays again this morning as a precaution cuz hey saw a couple air pockets, one at the top of each lung which suggested that I may have had a couple of minor lung punctures. Bruised kidney, too. No broken ribs though.

Right wrist is killing me but everything else looks good. So I've just been laying here all day waiting for the Doc to come back. Should be released in an hour or two.

Kat, you get madd props, yo. Stayed cool as a cucumber. Can't thank you enough.

Now get a bike with a damn magic button!

Haha oh I'm busted up alright. Just no breaks. Huge contusion on left hip/lower abdomen, bruised left ankle, right quad and right wrist (surprised its not broken) and a minor issue with lungs and left kidney but nothing that won't heal with time and rest.
