Monster Garage

If any of you gear heads watched monster garage last night. Ed Sandoz is the brother of Jesse Sandoz the owner of Seacoast Sportcycle Aprilia in Windham NH.

Mad props to Ed for wearing the Aprilia Racing Colors!!

Ed was a fellow LRRS racer until a sever highside in turn 4 ended his career.

Yah that was a great episode... I didn't catch the beginning so I didn't know that guy was from New England.

Great show. I saw the Aprilla shirt and gave him props then but I wasn't aware that he was from NE. Rad.

I would have thought that Jesse would have had more of a smile on his face giving that kid the car. I know I would have.

Only thing that seemed a bit odd to me - who gives a kid a car with NOS installed when that kid got fucked up for crashing going 130???? Seemed like they were saying "here ya go, do it again..." Was certainly an awesome show though. I find the people that are handicapped and don't quit such an inspiration... Ever heard of Dale Price (any paintball fans out there???)?? http://www.peglegpaintball.com/about.html

Maybe next week they'll take a some sort of BMW and install beer taps along the dashboard and give it to a recovering alcoholic.

Not the dude who was helping with the build (Aprilla shirt guy), we're talking about the kid at the end of the show who was presented with the mercedes as a gift.

I kind of agreed... they might have given it to someone who was paralyzed as a result of an accident that wasn't his fault, as opposed to what sounded like idiotic street racing.

It was still an incredibly nice gesture. And besides, like Jesse James is really going to give the thing away to someone who is/was well behaved.

I sit corrected! We didn't see the whole thing, I thought he was giving it to someone that crashed on the race track.
