NESR Pit crew for 7th - 8th

So, who can help out in the pits this weekend?
Sounds like we have the following racers to support:

- Heath - one race Sat and one Sun

- Dan - the usual...couple of races both days

- Degsy - possibly racing on a mystery bike. (I'm intrigued !)

- John - I assume the usual (one or two races) but not certain

- Mark - This is the real kicker...how many pit crew members can say they have worked on a real R7 ? There were only 50 sent to the US, and the factory teams wrecked a majority of them (probably) over the years. This is a chance of a lifetime everyone !

So, who's in ?

Now...as for me...I'm embarassed to say I probably won't be able to make it Saturday. I know I have already missed a couple of days this year, and I apologize for that, but I'm in a bit of a jam. Kristin and I decided to put our house in Alton Bay on the market and we received a good offer last week from a well-financed individual. The problem is the buyer wants to close in 3 weeks. That's not a lot of time to pack up 12 years of accumulated stuff...expecially a 2 story 28x26 garage that is totally crammed with all kinds of things. We are going to put most everything in storage and rent a furnished condo on the bay until we figure out a long-range plan. So...I'll be packing and moving stuff Saturday. I do plan to be at the track Sunday...gotta have SOME fun ya know. Unfortunately, it's probably going to be the same situation in 2 weeks, during the next race weekend..which is right before our closing date.

NESR Pit crew for 7th - 8th

plan on being up Saturday, possibly Sunday instead. HOWEVER: all hinges, right now, on Pratiti's recovery from her second surgery this week... which is tomorrow.

should know for sure by Friday...

I deeply regret that I will not be able to make it this weekend. I have a wedding to go to saturday, and will be too hungover to go anywhere on sunday. Good luck to all NESR racers!!!

I'll only be there on Sunday this race weekend and only entering 1 race, race #11.
No R7 this weekend and "if" i bring it to the track, it'll only be for some practice sessions. Maybe the second weekend of August i'll bring it up
Who knows tho, someone that wants that bike pretty bad is starting to toss out some pretty good offers

I just told a guy I'd work for him Sat and I have to set the bike up for my trackdays on Sunday.

Actually, the mercury made off without the sticks. The race weekend when we had torential downpours and 90 mph winds.......dumped most the mercury out of the reservoir (so don't drink the water at Loudon). I kept meaning to order a refill but they have basically been sitting in the garage since they were borrowed. I think I may drive this weekend as the bike will be undergoing metamorphisis into trackstar for thursday.

I will be there but with wifey so I don't want to commit to helping out and just leave her aside somewhere.... I will offer an extra set of hands if something needs to be done and I am around.
