It's been talked about alot, lets make it happen It'd be nice to get together at least once a month during the off season to have a little motorized fun.
Sundays is the best day and you'll get the best bang for your buck that day as well. It's $20 per race, each race is 20 laps (15 laps on any other day). I'm thinking 4 races each should give us our fix for the day.
In order to guarantee we all get to race together, i'd need to call ahead to reserve our spots and pay for them ahead of time with a credit card. My only worry with this is calling to reserve and someone not showing? I don't want to get into collecting paypal ahead of time so i'm gonna go out on a limb and trust everyone that says they are gonna be there to show and pay me when you get there (limited number)

You'll want to bring your own helmet with a clear shield, you don't have to but who wants to put a used headsock over your head and then a old helmet with a scratched up shield.. yuck!!

Just to toss out some ideas on dates, howabout we do something like the second or third Sunday of every month, November, December, January, February, and March??

I'm open to suggestions and ideas

I'd be up for this. It's like 30mins from my house. I've never been, but have always wanted to go..

I know it's inside, but do we get umbrella girls?

Like i said above (knowing how well you read stuff) , plan for the second or 3rd Sunday of every month

Scott, i've got the competition license as well and i know you need one to make the reservations. If you can get us in for less somehow, lets go for it, maybe even get an extra race out of it
Looking forward to this, those things are a blast!!! I'm gonna suggest 2 races back to back on track #1, half hour brake then do 2 races back to back on track #2

I'm down to race, i as well have a comp license. If you are worried about booking time and people not showing up, my buddies and I usually find some open time and call up individually to book the slots. That way we each pay for our own races, works better with a smaller group though..I was there tuesday night for a 1.5 hour endurance race. we kicked butt, we got screwed, but we kicked but. those of you that have raced there before what are you turning for lap times?

I would deffinatly bring your own helmet!!

Tentative date for the first Sunday group thing, december 12th.
My annual license expires 1-4-05 and i plan on renewing it anyways

I just looked on my old sheets from last winter, a 20.89 lap when it had the "kink" in it

I didn't get any printouts for track 2 but i think it's a little more fun once you learn that track, that thing is toight Maybe we should mix it up a bit, when i went last year, we were doing 2 races back to back on track 1, then 2 races back to back on track 2 ?? It was alot of fun!!!

My teammate ran the best lap of the endurance race on tuesday night, 37.2 on the joint track with the "kink" in it...that's fast..
