The one scanned in must be from Cycle World. The one in Road Racer X is a different format. The picture has a different color tone and the wording is below instead of beside the ad.

That *IS* one of my photos, and NO I neither gave a release nor got paid for it. Somebody owes me BIGTIME.

Thanks to Adam for givng me a phone call right away and telling me about it. Thanks also to Degsy for sending me the link to this thread via our NTSR list. I had been looking for a copy of it, but failed to find any of the current magazines it's in. This helps, but if any of you spot it in any other magazine, please advise me.

I doubt I'll get much out of it, but I feel I do deserve a *little* renumeration for the plaguerazation. BASTIDS!

Thats BS they did that. You should get $ + a mention of your name for the photo.

In reality, the damages you could sue for would be substantial, considering that its in a nationally published magazine. Would'nt be in the millions, but I could see $15,000-$30,000 pretty easily.
