Tire warmers

Anyone on a budget, these tire warmers should fit the bill. They seem like the standard chickenhawk warmers.

uhhh what? you talkin to me? what were you using them on because i still dont think they will fit my bike since i usually have to order the ones that go 250s. my rear tire is anywhere from a 150-165 depending on what im running. if you were using them on your CBR then they wont fit right. they will be too loose.

I have used them on 160 slicks and wets with no problem. johhny V (need4speed) uses the same size on his EX500. I don't think the GP ones will fit the 160 tire.

Just looked it up on the chickenhawk site. Yep, they sell a different warmer for 160 and smaller tires.

I know these'll work as most people use them unless they are running a 125, but I understand if you want to look around for the smaller ones.

i bought my chickenhawks in '99(?) and they still work great. know nothing about tomahawks. i'd spend the extra $$ on chickens just for piece of mind.

of course, unless you plan on going balls-out the first lap there really isn't a need for tirewarmers
