Track walk?

If you can walk the track I'm definately gonna stroll a lap on it tomorrow night.
I keep thinking I see my "Marks" on the track, but its comes and goes by so fast.....I find myself asking..."Was that where I wanted to start turninng??"
That can be a big help.

Track walk?

hrm..

my girlfriend plans on running around the track Saturday morning. You know.. around 7am.. guess who gets to ride around with her on their bicycle...

Look for me doing two things:

1: Attempting to manual down the hill into turn 6
2: Puking in turn 8 after I pedal up the hill out of 6

Yeah I like other endangered species rather than penguin. I looked all over the site and I could only find the cost for a track day.

Track walk?

I usually walk the track in the evening before dinner. I did it religoiusly for the first few years I raced, now I do it when I have some free time.

It's really helpful, not to just have someone show you their marks, but to begin to make YOUR plan for each corner. The more detail in your plan, the less you get scared or suprised.

That eventually yields faster times, but then you might need to change your plan a little. It's a moving target, not static.

It takes an hour, and if a lot of people opted to join, it would certainly set us back...

I've done them in the past at Tony's days, but most people would rather ride...

When you're paying $200 to ride at a trackday you don't waste it walking around, fine if you want to waste your time but what about the other 90 people that paid to ride. Like these guys have said, you can walk it any race weekend. If you come up I'd be glad to walk it with you and point out anything I could. Gary, maybe I can borrow a bike from someone while I'm up there, otherwise you'll get your first chance to lap me!
