LRRS is run buy a handful of older men. computer savvy they are not. I think it would require a younger guy like nef getting seriously involved and work with Steve Aspland to correct this shortfall. That's all I meant to say.

Its all BS politics up there.

They've had MANY offers to redo all the websites for free.

One of them even came from Nick Kornfeld, the LRRS starter, who knows whats what with computers.

They turn them all down.

The problem is, as Paul pointe out, is are a bunch of old guys, and old guys don't like change.

I totally agree with you and paul and new if they wanted a site, free or 30k they would have it.

that doesnt change my opinion that the diffrence from what it is and what it could should be is like my laptimes vs Alex's

fwiw--LRRS is OWNED by NHIS, they don't need to pay the track--they ARE the track.

I've run with CCS and WERA at other tracks and the prices are the same as LRRS, but run more professionally and those are independant organizations.

Maybe LRRS is more organized in comparison to a mountain bike club, but until you try WERA, CCS, etc you won't realize how much LRRS is a private cash cow that they'll continue to milk.

He banned me cuz i said the results were wrong (which they were, and even suzuki agreed with me and paid me the $$ I was due).

Rather than admit he was wrong, he instead banned me from LRRS and made sure I couldn't race with CCS in another region as well.

I didn't mean to start any wars, I just wanted to go to the lrrs site and maybe see some lap times. Lets all make up . Alex is a nice guy, not so sure about Jesus though, he doesn't have a beard . I just wanted to see if I made any progress over the weekend. And it's still not up!

but really, once results are final.. there is no real reason why they shouldnt post almost instantly... hell pdfs can even be made from database queries
