I am doing my rain dance I LOVE the rain..heheh come and get me heheh I do dry times in the rain go figure lol I am not right..oh yeah crashing feels better in the rain than dry tarmac....

we have to get you three of your bikes to go as fast as my bike.....lol kidding we will ride on thursday so dress warm and bring extra clothes because it will be raining and cold. We need to get you rain tires...

Don't my Metzeler sport-touring composite tires count as rains?

Extra clothes... of course. Marines are amphibious by nature.

Note to self - MUST GET SPACE HEATER before getting to track...

Not even close. There are two different races out there in the wet. One between the people with rains, and the other between the people with DOTs

Welp. Scratch 3 & 3. With the rain on Friday and need to break new motor parts in a little bit, and learn how to ride my new Hawk (yup, basically whole new bike) I'm just racing on Sunday.

Okay fine, I don't like rain.

Nah in all honesty after the week we've been having getting everything finished (on 3 bikes and 3 motors), the last thing I want to do is be running around Saturday and running in a 20 minute GTL race. I'll take the extra time to dial my bike in (suspension and all too...)

I might be sittin this one out. Although i'm extremely grateful for all the help i've received from everyone here, I'm just gettin soooo sick & tired of being "that guy that always needs a hand w/ somethin".

Unless my dad's car (which i'll be buying from him) is ok to drive this weekend (leaky steering pump) it's pretty unlikely that i'll be coming up to race. I may still find some way to come up, spectate & help people out though. We'll see.

I know I asked you 'bout gettin a ride, but i'm just gettin SOOOO SICK of hearing the phrase "Thanks dude, I owe you one" come outta my mouth. I say it WAY more than I hear it. It's just gettin so played out... Besides, riding in the rain ain't no thang, but wrenching & camping in the rain? uhg.

If I don't figure somethin out by this weekend I'll let ya know.
